IP Key China participated in the 2024 High-level Forum on China Intellectual Property Protection in Beijing

The "2024 High-level Forum on China Intellectual Property Protection" jointly hosted by the China Intellectual Property News and the World Intellectual Property Organisation China Office, concluded in Beijing on 23 April.

Hélène JURAMY, the Trade Counsellor of the EU Delegation to China, delivered a keynote speech emphasising the significance of effective intellectual property protection and non-discriminative enforcement for European companies entering the Chinese market, and the prospects of EU-China cooperation in the field of intellectual property. Gyta BERASNEVIČIŪTĖ-SINGH, the IP Key project leader, participated in the forum.

IP rights remain a priority trade topic between China and the EU, and a decisive element for continued EU-China trade and investment growth. Over the years, through the EU-funded project IP Key China, the EU and China have fostered communication and cooperation in this field.
