IP Key China delivers keynote speech at the 2023-2024 Annual Top Ten Cases Announcement

The 2023-2024 Annual Top Ten Cases Announcement, organised by the Quality Brands Protection Committee (QBPC) of CAEFI, concluded on 23 April in Beijing. The Announcement provides insights into the advancements of judicial developments in China.

This year, Gyta BERASNEVIČIŪTĖ-SINGH, the project leader of IP Key China, delivered a keynote speech in which she highlighted the pivotal role of international cooperation in IP protection and enforcement. She emphasised the need for legal certainty and a stable, predictable IP environment for EU companies doing business with or in China. She also stressed the importance of increasing awareness and access to important court judgments.

The IP Key China project maintains an ongoing partnership with the organiser - the Quality Brands Protection Committee (QBPC) of CAEFI.
